The 'Diamond on Aerie' was originally built into the hillside overlooking historic Park City, UT. The extensive remodel attempted to adapt this traditional ski chalet style home into a sophisticated hotel-inspired spa that enhances natural views of the Wasatch Range from Deer Valley Resort, to Park City & Canyons Resorts and the Utah Olympic Park.
Affectionately named 'The Henry', this 19-unit historic 'shell' of a structure was brought back to life with a full rehab & sensitive addition to house 19 market rate apartments over street-level retail in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, OH.
A former dance club occupied the upper floor hay loft & bunk rooms for historic Covington Firehouse #1 before being converted to a new collaborative office space for a growing logistics firm in the Mutter Gottes neighborhood of Covington, KY.
The 'Broadway Brownstones' were modeled after traditional urban neighborhoods in New York & Chicago. These luxury townhome condominiums were built within a flood plane and elevated entertainment space to the roof where homeowners can enjoy views of the Little Miami River and an active historic downtown district.
This new 3-story contemporary home was designed to maximize height, space, volume & views in the Park Pointe community of Covington, KY. Luxury finishes compliment folding exterior glass wall partitions to blur the lines between interior & exterior space.
A long-forgotten industrial part of town gets new life in the form of a 3-story, 36-unit apartment 'block'. The design of this building became a study in efficiency while attempting to embrace the contextual industrial roots of the neighborhood identity.
