Christopher R. Pfeiffer, Architect, LEED AP, REALTOR®
Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky, graduating with honors for excellence in design in 2000. Pfeiffer began his career in Cincinnati, OH, moved to Denver, CO in 2005, and returned home with his family to Cincinnati (well, really Kentucky), to start the company after almost 10 years in the Mile High City.
In 2005, while working for CR architecture + design, Pfeiffer relocated to Denver, CO and was responsible for opening the firm’s first regional office outside of Cincinnati, OH. For nearly 10 years, Pfeiffer was responsible for the growth, sustainability, and management of the Denver based Team to support the collective strategic vision of the firm.
Chris is a licensed architect and REALTOR® in KY and OH and has lectured in various locations around the country on design. He's an outdoor enthusiast, and avid community supporter.

Jessica K. Pfeiffer, REALTOR®
Jessica holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky, graduating in 1999. Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, she started her professional career in Cincinnati as a retail market research analyst, then moved to Denver to pursue new opportunities with Kellogg, before returning home to Northern Kentucky in 2014.
After nearly two decades working for Kellogg & 84.51 (formerly dunnhumby USA) in customer marketing and analytics, Jessica left the corporate world and obtained her real estate license in 2018 to assist in forming the Pfeiffer Group with Comey & Shepherd Realtors.
Through years of professional relationship experience with large clients like Kroger, Jessica adopted the "Customer First” mindset and her goal is to serve clients with the highest level of service to create a seamless experience.
Jessica is a licensed REALTOR® in KY and OH. She's active in the community and leads the fundraising efforts for Blessed Sacrament School in Ft. Mitchell, KY. In her 'free time', she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling to Colorado.
