"Our $6MM Grand Towers Senior Apartment Renovation project involved several phases of work with multiple contractors and received an award from the National Assoc. of Housing Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). In 2007, we renovated the historic Corpus Christi church into 20 affordable senior apartment units that received multiple historic preservation awards. On each of these projects, along with our HOPE VI Revitalization efforts, Chris was a common thread and integral component of the team and I’d highly recommend consideration for other similar projects."
"Throughout our working relationship, Chris and his team displayed the leadership and communication traits that we value in an architectural partner. In addition to multiple successful projects together, we are proud of the successful recent opening of the first downtown King Soopers store in Denver, CO that took more than a decade to realize. This was no small feat, involving a non-standard mixed-use urban format store with coordination between outside developers, multiple contractors and architects, and senior team leadership. Despite complexities, the project went smoothly during execution and the store has been well received by customers and the community at-large."
"The initial estimate for the [fire station] project came in surprising close to our target. Our general contractor commented repeatedly on the quality of service received throughout the course of the project. Questions, concerns, and requests for clarifications were always dealt with before the end of the business day, including those filed at 4:30 on Friday afternoon. The drawings were of such quality and completeness that few clarifications were needed, and often were the result of change orders initiated by me or my project representative."
